Capital Limited is a new entrant into the merchant banking arena of Bangladesh. Since receiving a Registration Certificate (No.MB-51/2010) on 13^th April, 2011 from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), it has been conducting the operation of full-fledged Merchant Banking service into the capital market of Bangladesh.  This is subject to the compliance of the relevant provisions of Merchant Banker and Portfolio Manager Rules-1996 along with all other rules and regulations of the SEC.

The Company runs operations under the Companies Act, (Act XVIII) of 1994 and established as a private limited company on the 13^th April of 2011 (vide no. C­-91999/11) incorporated by registration with Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh.

The BLI Capital Limited appears in the capital market horizon as a pledge to fulfill every possible customer demand.   High efficiency and satisfaction is provided by innovative solutions of Issue Management, Underwriting, and Portfolio Management needs with delivering tangible results for clients through full services with access to the capital market of Bangladesh.

Total Paid up capital of BLI Capital Limited, a full-fledged Merchant Banker; is BDT of Tk. 25,00,00,000 divided into 2,50,00,000 shares of Tk. 10/- each. The Shareholding pattern is as follows:
